At approximately 6:30 p.m on Friday, an unconscious man was discovered lying on the ground in the parking garage on Highland Avenue. As first responders attempted to treat the man, they soon discovered that he had a gunshot wound to his side. The gunshot victim was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
