State College Borough Lifting Some Parking Restrictions for Memorial Day Weekend

State College Borough will lift a few parking restrictions for Memorial Day weekend, according to the parking department. The “No parking 2 a.m. to 6 a.m.” restriction will not be enforced from 2 a.m.
